Fried instant noodles production line includes salt water mixing and measuring, flour mixing,dough aging, dough pressing, steaming, cutting and dividing, frying, air cooling, packaging. The entire line adopts steam heating method and it can produce square fried noodles or circular fried noodles, with a production capacity 20000 to 300000 pieces in 8 hours.

Features and Advantages:
This noodle production line is suitable for the industrial production of fried instant noodles and non-fried instant noodles, from A to mZ the whole process.  From wheat flour to packed finished goods.

The noodle cake size,shape and gram weight can be adjusted and customized. The instant noodle production line can be equipped with two sets or three sets,four sets of noodle boxes, producing two or three four various sizes of noodle cakes,which help customers increase the variety of noodle cakes. To satisfy the market better.

The capacity can reach from 20000pcs to 300,000 pcs/8h, which fully satisfy the needs of large enterprises.

The only difference between the process of non-fried instant noodles production line and the process of fried noodles production line is that the non-fried noodles line uses steam drying, not frying, so the noodles do not contain oil.  

The whole machine uses steam, so a boiler is needed.  The part of the contact surface is made of stainless steel and food grade conveyor belt, and the press roller is alloy cast steel, which is very hard.

1.Alkali water mixing and measuring system

A mixing unit where the alkali and water are combined thoroughly. This ensures that the alkali is evenly distributed throughout the water, promoting consistency in the quality of the alkaline solution.

3.Dough aging machine



Dough aging machines consist of a chamber where the dough is placed for the aging process. The chamber designed to accommodate batches of dough of various sizes.

4.Rolling machine

1. What's the difference between fried instant noodle and dried noodle?
Fried instant noodle has oil ,we can put noodle into hot water and just wait 2-3 A noodle need be boiled. minutes,then can eat, just eat noodle directly without adding water. Dried noodle need be boiled.

2. Noodle shape and machine capacity ?
 There are two shapes. square and round shape.Capacity from 20000pieces to 300,000 pieces 8 hours. Workshop need 30 to 90 meters long. 

3.Instant noodle line steam and electric consumption ?
Accordinmg to different capacity, steam comsumption is from 1000kg/hour to 3500kg/hour. Electric consumption is from 40kw to 150kw.
