1. Horizontal Dough Mixer
It is used for making dough.
After kneading, calendering and folding during the mixing process, a dough with smooth surface, good elasticity, toughness and extensibility is prepared. It is suitable for both tough biscuits and crisp biscuits.

The high and low double belts can better meet the needs of cutting materials.
2. Biscuit Forming Machine
The roller printing machine is a special equipment for making crispy cakes.
After the dough is pre-rolled and broken by the roller printing feeder, it enters the roller printing cake mold for rolling and forming. The independent single control system can also be controlled in conjunction with the whole machine; the feeding roller There are grooves milled horizontally to make feeding more complete. 5. Electricity Oven
The entire furnace is 24 meters long and divided into 3 temperature zones.
It is equipped with 2 sets of hot air fans and hot air circulation fans, 2 exhaust fans, 2 exhaust belt (air dampers), 2 observation ports, and the control panel has a temperature control and High temperature limit function; the furnace is equipped with a circulating fan. The hot air fan is installed at the top of each temperature zone and is separated from the furnace. The area where the product passes through the furnace is baked through hot air recirculation technology; each furnace section is A complete welded structure. Each section of the furnace has a duct system that disperses the air flow. 
6.Out-oven machine and peeling device & Oil Sprayer
1.Peeling machine  is used to connect the biscuits with other equipment after they are baked.
2.Oil Sprayer is used to spray oil on the upper and lower surfaces of biscuits, which can make the surface of biscuits shiny and moist, and taste more crispy and delicious. The oil spray machine adopts a centrifugal disc type and can spray oil on both sides of the biscuit at the same time. Equipped with oil mist collection system. The oil injection is uniform and the working environment is basically free of oil mist pollution. Equipped with a 4-meter oil filter, it can effectively reduce the impact of oil stains on subsequent transportation.
