2. Biscuit Forming Machine
The roller printing machine is a special equipment for making crispy cakes.
After the dough is pre-rolled and broken by the roller printing feeder, it enters the roller printing cake mold for rolling and forming. The independent single control system can also be controlled in conjunction with the whole machine; the feeding roller There are grooves milled horizontally to make feeding more complete. The gap between the feeding roller and the cake mold is adjustable; the rubber rollers are adjustable on both sides, which can reduce the error in the weight of the cake base between rows. 6.Out-oven machine and peeling device & Oil Sprayer
1.Peeling machine is used to connect the biscuits with other equipment after they are baked.
2.Oil Sprayer is used to spray oil on the upper and lower surfaces of biscuits, which can make the surface of biscuits shiny and moist, and taste more crispy and delicious. The oil spray machine adopts a centrifugal disc type and can spray oil on both sides of the biscuit at the same time. Equipped with oil mist collection system. The oil injection is uniform and the working environment is basically free of oil mist pollution. Equipped with a 4-meter oil filter, it can effectively reduce the impact of oil stains on subsequent transportation.
