Non-fried instant noodles production line includes salt water mixing and measuring, flour mixing,dough aging, dough pressing, steaming, cutting and dividing, drying, air cooling, packaging. The automated continuous dried stick noodle making machine include alkali water mixer, measuring water supply, flour mixing,aging, compound rolling machine, continuous rolling machine, slitting, shelf transportation, cutting the bottom of noodle neatly, drying and putting- down, cutting and packing.
Dried stick noodle making machine usually cut into 12cm to 30 cm . Drying time is about 4 hours .Material is wheat flour . But we can add little vegetable powder or sauce, egg powder to make change into other color . There are two types drying way, one is several lines go ahead straightly together . The other type is only one line go ahead circularly.
The capacity is from 300kg per hour to 2000kg per hour.Roller width is 300 to 1000 mm. The size can customized by customer.
The chowmein noodle production lines use high-pressure steamers, which take about 2-3 minutes to steam the noodles. This makes the steamed noodles softer, more thoroughly sterilized, and extends their shelf life. After steaming, put the noodles into a noodle box, and then the noodle box enters a dryer for drying. Mesh belt is made of stainless steel 304 material, and the drying time is about 40 minutes. The output ranges from 250 kilograms to 1200 kilograms per hour.

1. What's the difference between fried instant noodle and dried noodle?
Fried instant noodle has oil ,we can put noodle into hot water and just wait 2-3 A noodle need be boiled. minutes,then can eat, just eat noodle directly without adding water. Dried noodle need be boiled.
2. Noodle shape and machine capacity ?
There are two shapes. square and round shape.Capacity from 20000pieces to 300,000 pieces 8 hours. Workshop need 30 to 90 meters long.
3.Instant noodle line steam and electric consumption ?
Accordinmg to different capacity, steam comsumption is from 1000kg/hour to 3500kg/hour. Electric consumption is from 40kw to 150kw.
